Salmon Dip

1 lb. can Salmon, remove skin, bones, and drain
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
3 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts


Mix all ingredients, except parsley and nuts. Shape into 2 logs and roll into parsley and then chopped nuts.
