Salmon Patties

1 can Salmon
Milk
1 egg
3/4 cup cracker crumbs
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper


Drain liquid from Salmon into measuring cup. Add milk to make 1/2 cup. Flake Salmon, removing bones and skin. Blend in egg; stir in rest of ingredients. Make into patties. Cook at 350 F., until brown.
