Salmon Croquettes

1 can Salmon and liquid
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
Crushed corn flakes
1 tsp. baking powder

Flake Salmon; stir in eggs and salt. Blend in enough crumbs to make firm mixture; blend in baking powder. Shape into croquettes; roll in crumbs. Fry in small amount of fat until browned.

Yields 8 servings
