Salmon Ball

1 small can Salmon drained and flaked
1/2 of 8 oz. bar of cream cheese, softened
1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1 Tbsp. grated onion


Combine all ingredients and shape into ball. Refrigerate at least 4 hours no longer than 3 days. To serve - roll in parsley flakes and serve with Ritz crackers.
