Baked Salmon

1 box Uneeda crackers
1 lb. can of Salmon
Dash of salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Salmon can of milk

Heat Salmon, butter, milk and seasoning to boiling point. Place part of the crackers in baking dish. Add Salmon, then add rest of crackers. Bake at 325 F for 40 minutes, or until dry.
