Salmon Patties

1 can Red Salmon, drained and cleaned of skin and bones
1 beaten eggs
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
Ritz crackers that have been rolled in a bag with a rolling pin


Mix all together and shape into patties. Brown in hot oil; cover and steam on low heat for 1/2 hour.
