Crunchy Salmon Patties

1 can Salmon
1 egg
2 cups Rice Krispies
2 Tbsp. oil


Drain Salmon. Remove bones and chop with a fork. Add egg. Roll out Rice Krispies and pour half into Salmon and stir. Shape patties and coat with the rest of the Rice Krispies. Fry in hot oil until crisp, turning once.


Serves 3 to 4
