Salmon Loaf

2 (16 oz.) cans Salmon, flake, remove bones and skin


Blend in 2 eggs. Stir in liquid from Salmon plus milk to make 1 1/2 cups. 3 cups coarse cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, two teaspoons chopped onion and 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. Temperature 350 F, for 45 minutes.
