Salmon Patties

1 lb. can of Salmon
4 egg whites or egg substitutes equal to 2 eggs
2/3 cup oat bran cereal
1 medium onion, minced fine
1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice


Mix all ingredients together and shape into patties. Spray a non-stick pan with Pam and fry until crisp.


Serves 4
