Whidbey Island Salmon

1 large Northwest Salmon Fillet
1 large onion, sliced
1 large lemon, sliced
Aluminum foil

Rinse Salmon and place skin side down on foil. Lightly salt and pepper to taste. Arrange onion slices on Fillet. Top with lemon slices. Close foil over Salmon. Place on barbecue grill for 10 to 15 minutes; or until flaky.
