Salmon Ball

1 can drained Salmon
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt


Mix all together and chill overnight. Form into a ball and roll in:


1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/8 tsp. dried parsley


Chill and serve with crackers.
