Salmon Ball

1 large can Salmon
1 minced onion
3 Tbsp. horseradish
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
Nuts, chopped or paprika


Take bones and skin out of Salmon. Mix well with remaining ingredients until you are able to form into a ball. Roll in chopped nuts or sprinkle with paprika. Chill overnight and serve with crackers.
