Salmon Soup

1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 Tbsp. oil
10 cups water
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 (4 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (12 oz.) package noodles
Salmon slices

Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add water, stewed tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Stir. Add Salmon slices and noodles. Simmer all day.
