Salmon Salad

1 cucumber, peeled and diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 small onion, minced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 apple, diced
1 lb. Salmon
1 cup mayonnaise, mix with 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Drain Salmon, remove skin and bones. Place in mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate until serving time.
