Baked Salmon

6-7 lb. small Salmon
2 onions, sliced
Salt and pepper
6 strips bacon
1 large can milk


Place Salmon on foil. Stuff with onion slices. Cover with bacon strips and season with salt and pepper. Pour canned milk over the fish and seal with foil. Bake until fish flakes apart, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours in a moderate oven.
