Salmon Ball

1 (16 oz.) can Salmon
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. onion, grated
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
Pecans and parsley, chopped


Combine first six ingredients and place in refrigerator to get firm. Form into ball and roll in pecan and parsley mixture. Serve with crackers.
