Baked Salmon Vegetable Loaf

1 tall can Salmon
2 cups crushed soda crackers
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 egg
1 can condensed vegetable soup
1 tsp. lemon juice


Combine all ingredients and bake in greased loaf pan or dish for 30 minutes at 350 F.


Makes 4-6 servings. Excellent Lenten dish. Meal served with corn muffins and a favorite salad.
