Salmon Ball

1 lb. can Salmon
8 oz. package cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 Tbsp. snipped parsley


Drain and debone Salmon. Mix other ingredients, except pecans and parsley. Shape into ball. Roll in last two items. Chill and serve with crackers.
