Salmon Ball

1 can Salmon
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 (16 oz.) cream cheese

Mix Salmon, grated onion, salt, and liquid smoke together. Add 16 ounces cream cheese. Roll into ball. Mix nuts and parsley together. Roll Salmon ball in nut mixture. Wrap in Saran wrap, chill overnight.
