Salmon Spread

1 (1 lb.) can Red Salmon
1 small onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped nuts
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley


Drain, bone and flake Salmon. Combine with onion, cream cheese, horseradish and lemon juice and mix thoroughly. Shape into loaf; cover with chopped nuts and fresh parsley. Chill several hours before serving.
