Easy Salmon Croquettes

1 can Salmon (large)
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup liquid from Salmon
1 tsp. baking powder


Add the egg and flour into the drained can of Salmon. Just before frying, stir the baking powder into the 1/4 cup Salmon liquid and stir until frothy. Now add to first mixture. Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot shortening. Turn once.
