Salmon Patties

5 (1 lb.) cans Salmon
1 medium onion, grated
Juice of lemon
Cracker crumbs

White Sauce:
10 Tbsp. flour
8 Tbsp. margarine
Dash of salt

Flake Salmon. Add grated onions and lemon juice. Prepare White Sauce. Blend other ingredients with white sauce. Roll in cracker crumbs. Saute in oil until brown.
