Salmon Patties

2 cans boned & skinless Salmon
1 small onion, diced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 cup crushed cracker crumbs

Drain Salmon and mash with fork.

Add all the above ingredients and mix well.

Shape into flat patties the size of a hamburger and fry over medium heat in a small amount of oil, until golden brown.
