Baked Salmon Casserole - Canned

1 can Salmon, boned
1 1/2 cups rolled crackers, saltines
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
1 cup boiling water


Mix well and put in casserole: Salmon, 1 cup crackers, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix 1/2 cup crackers with oleo and spread over top. Pour over all water and bake at 350 F until brown.
