Easy Salmon Loaf

1 lb. can Salmon
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups tiny bread cubes
1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt


Flake Salmon and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Place in greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 F for 45 minutes or until firm.


Makes 6 servings
