Salmon Ball

1 large can (16 oz.) Red or Pink Salmon
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. creamed horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer. Form into ball and roll in chopped nuts and dried parsley flakes. Serve with any type cracker.
