Salmon Ball

1 (15 oz.) Red Salmon
1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp. onion flakes, minced
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke


Drain and flake Salmon, add other ingredients and shape into ball. Chill 2 hours. Roll in pecans or walnuts. Serve with crackers.
