Salmon Salad

1 (1 lb.) can Libby's Salmon
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chopped sweet pickles
2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 cup mayonnaise

Drain and flake Salmon. Add other ingredients and toss slightly. Chill thoroughly. Serve over lettuce. This also makes an excellent sandwich filling.
