Salmon Croquettes

1 can Pink Salmon
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Drain Salmon, reserve 2 tablespoons liquid. In mixing bowl, mix Salmon, eggs and onion. Add flour. Add baking powder to Salmon juice, stir into Salmon mixture. Shape into small patties and fry until golden brown. Serve with tartar sauce.
