Salmon Patties

3 Tbsp. salad oil
1 (1 lb.) can Salmon
3/4 cup corn flakes, crushed
1 Tbsp. parsley, flaked
1 Tbsp. onion flakes
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 eggs, slightly beaten


Heat oil in skillet. Combine remaining ingredients; form into patties. Fry in oil until browned on each side, about 10 minutes.


Yields: 8 patties
