1 can Salmon, drained (reserve juice)
1/2 cup flour
1 egg
2 tsp. baking powder

Pour juice off Salmon, reserving juice. Mix flour and egg into Salmon. Add baking powder to 1/4 cup juice and beat until foamy. Add juice mixture to Salmon and stir well. Using small teaspoon, spoon a small amount of mixture into hot grease and fry until golden brown.
