Salmon Poached In Wine

1 cup white wine
1 cup water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 (5 to 6 oz.) Salmon Steaks
Fresh dill


Combine first 4 ingredients in large skillet, stir well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Add Salmon. Cook and simmer 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from liquid. Transfer to serving platter, garnish with dill.
