Salmon Casserole

20-24 saltines
1 lb. can Salmon
American cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup milk
4 eggs


Grease utility pan well; cover bottom with crushed saltines. Drain and flake 1 pound can of Salmon and spread over saltines. Cover with sliced American cheese. Mix 1 can mushroom soup, 1 cup milk, 4 eggs; pour mixture over Salmon. Bake at 375 F for 1 hour.
