Red Salmon Loaf

1 can Red Salmon
3/4 cup cracker crumbs
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 stick butter or margarine
Paprika


Flake Salmon; gently mix in crumbs, milk, egg, onion and green pepper. Top with butter and paprika. Bake 45 minutes at 350 F. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.


Yield: 6 servings
