Salmon Salad

1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can Salmon, broken in pieces
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 cup onion, cut fine
1 tsp. salt
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup celery, cut fine
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley


Mix all ingredients together; serve on lettuce. For Tuna salad, use same ingredients with two cans (7 ounce) of Tuna instead of Salmon.
