Cheese Salmon Loaf

2 cups flaked boned Salmon
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup bread crumbs
1 1/2 cups condensed pea soup
2 eggs, well beaten
3 Tbsp. each minced onions and parsley
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Salt and pepper to taste


Combine all of the above mix well. Place in buttered loaf pan 350 F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
