Quick Salmon Loaf

1 large can Salmon
3 slices bread
1 egg
1 1/2 to 2 cups milk
Onion, chopped


Heat milk; pour over slices of bread; chop up with wooden spoon. Add Salmon, chopped onion, and egg. Mix well to a sloppy consistency. Grease pan and bake at 350 F for about 45 minutes until brown.


SAUCE:
Cream of mushroom soup, thinned with milk and heated.
