1 (15 oz.) can Salmon
1 egg
1 heaping tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup flour

Pour juice into a measuring cup. Mix Salmon and egg with a fork. Add pepper. Take 1/4 cup Salmon juice and add baking powder, beat with a fork it will foam. Pour into Salmon mixture. It will be thin. Take 1/2 teaspoon of mixture and cook in hot oil. put on paper towels to absorb extra oil.
