Salmon Croquettes

3 cans Salmon
1 cup green peppers, chopped
3 tsp. onion powder
1 or 2 eggs
1/2 cup flour

Mix together.

Frying pan filled with shortening - add stick of butter or margarine.

Put in hand, roll, then press in hand like hamburger. Put in hot grease until brown on one side, turn over. Brown on other side. Let Salmon lie on paper towel or brown bag.
