Salmon Bake

2 cups Salmon, undrained
1-1/3 cups bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper


Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove skin and bones from Salmon. Add all other ingredients, stir with fork to blend well. Put in quart size casserole. Bake 40 minutes or until done.
