Baked Salmon

1 can Salmon
Bread crumbs
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper

Pick out the skin and bones from the Salmon and shred into small pieces. Put in a baking dish and cover with bread crumbs. Make a dressing with the egg, milk, salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the Salmon and bread crumbs. Dot with butter and bake in a hot oven for 1/2 hour.
