Salmon Salad

4 cups cooked flaked Salmon
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
Dash liquid smoke
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 cups mayonnaise


Mix all ingredients - chill overnight.


Makes 2 quarts
