Salmon Pie

3 medium potatoes, cooked and drained
1 medium raw onion, chopped finely
Dough for 2-crust pie
1 egg, slightly beaten
Salt and pepper
1 large can Salmon with skin removed


Mash potatoes with juice from Salmon. Add egg, onion, Salmon, salt and pepper. Pour into bottom crust of 9-inch pie. Moisten edges. Cover with top crust and seal. Bake at 425 F for 45 minutes.
