Pistachio Smoked Salmon Spread

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 lb. smoked Salmon, flaked or finely chopped
1/4 cup natural California pistachios, chopped
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dill, chopped


Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until fluffy. Add smoked Salmon, pistachios, lemon juice and dill; mix well. Serve with crackers, melba rounds, pita triangles, etc.


Makes about 1 1/3 cups
