Dilled Salmon Patties

1 (16 oz.) can Pink Salmon
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. celery flakes
1 egg
Salt & pepper to taste
Oil


Mix Salmon, dill, celery, egg, salt and pepper together in a small bowl. Form into small patties about 2 inches in diameter. Fry in oil until a golden brown and crisp. Great for lunch. Serve with cucumber and tomato salad or fresh fruit.


Makes about 6 patties
