Salmon Pudding

1 lb. Salmon
1/2 cup milk
2 cups bread crumbs
5 eggs
1/2 can tomato sauce
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. parsley


Mix everything together and pour in a grease pan and put in oven for 2 hours, put a large pan of water in oven while its baking. When baked cool slightly and turn onto plate, top with a white sauce and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
