Petite Croquettes Salmon

1 large can Salmon, boned, drained & flaked
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. minced onion
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 cup buttermilk with 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup plain flour


Flake Salmon. Add eggs and mix well. Add buttermilk and soda, salt, pepper and flour. Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot oil in pan. More flour may be added if mixture is too thin.
