Salmon Croquettes

1 can (7.7 oz.) Salmon
1 cup toasted bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 egg
1 Tbsp. finely grated onions
1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash lemon seasoning
1 tsp. baking powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Drain liquid from Salmon. Add baking powder to liquid. Combine all ingredients and drop by spoonful into deep fat and fry at 375-385 degrees until golden brown. Serve while hot.
