Cheese Salmon Loaf

1 lb. can Salmon, flaked & drained
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. minced onions
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup buttered bread crumbs


Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and put in a greased loaf pan. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F.
