Salmon Pate

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke (spice section of market)
1 (15 oz.) can Red Salmon, well drained
1 cup chopped walnuts

Beat all of the above, except walnuts, until smooth. Chill and form into a ball. Roll in walnuts. Present on a bed of parsley with black bread or hard crackers.
